In order to ensure there is enough time to address all concerns, we try to see all clients on an appointment basis. When you schedule, it is important to fully describe any concerns that you are wanting addressed.
Our goal is to ensure wait times are low, however, emergencies and complications can occur through the day. In the instance of a delay, please remember some pets may have more complex problems that may require much longer to adequately diagnose or treat. We appreciate your understanding when delays arise. If we learn in advance of schedule problems, we will make every effort to contact you and give you the option of rescheduling your appointment.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us 24-48 hours notice so that we may adjust our schedule.
After 2 no-show appointments, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimate for services to make another appointment. The deposit is applied to the total invoice at the end of the visit.

The clinic is closed for lunch weekdays from 1:00p to 2:00p
The clinic is closed every 3rd Saturday of the month
Pets that are scheduled for procedures Monday through Friday may be dropped off as early as 7:30a. The veterinarians on staff are not always available during drop off times, but the office staff is available.
